[英式黄汁香辣鱼] Spicy Butter Fish Fillets

材料:
鱼块 2 块
咖哩叶 20叶
蒜蓉 1汤匙
指天椒 2条(切幼) 
牛油 1汤匙
淡奶 200ml

调味料:
英国咖哩粉 半茶匙
鸡精粉 1/4茶匙
糖 半茶匙
胡椒粉 少许

做法:

1. 将油烧热至冒烟程度,鱼块放入热油炸至金黄色,捞起沥干

2. 加入牛油,爆香蒜蓉和咖哩叶

3. 跟着加入淡奶,指天椒 和调味料

4. 煮至奶油至浓稠

5. 加入鱼块拌均奶油即可



Ingredients:
2 slice Fish Fillets
20 Curry Leaves
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
2 Chopped Chili Padi
1 tbsp Butter
200ml Evaporated Milk

Seasoning:
1/2 tsp England Curry Powder
1/4 tsp Chicken Powder
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Pepper

Method:
1. Heat sufficient oil in a wok, deep-fry Fish Fillets till golden brown,drain and set aside.

2. Heat butter in pan, add minced garlic, chili padi and curry leaves

3. Add evaporated milk,chili padi and seasoning.

4. Bring to boil and let it thicken slightly

5. Add Fish Fillets and toss in sauce, Serve Hot
